Non-Refundable Fees

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Service fees and consultation charges
  • Third-party fees (visa application fees, government taxes, customs duties)
  • Processing and administrative fees
  • Deposit amounts as specified in service contracts

Travel Management Services

Flight Bookings

Cancellations Made 30+ Days Before Departure:

  • Full refund minus service fees and airline cancellation charges
  • Refund processing time: 14-21 business days

Cancellations Made 15-29 Days Before Departure:

  • Refund of 50% of the booking amount minus service fees and airline charges
  • Subject to airline cancellation policies

Cancellations Made Less Than 15 Days Before Departure:

  • Refund subject to airline policies (typically non-refundable)
  • Service fees are non-refundable
  • We will assist in obtaining airline credits where available

No-Show or Same-Day Cancellations:

  • No refund available
  • Subject to airline penalties and forfeitures

Hotel and Accommodation Bookings

Cancellations Made 14+ Days Before Check-In:

  • Full refund minus service fees
  • Subject to hotel cancellation policies

Cancellations Made 7-13 Days Before Check-In:

  • Refund of 50% minus service fees
  • Subject to hotel cancellation policies

Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In:

  • Generally non-refundable
  • We will negotiate with hotel partners on your behalf

Early Check-Out:

  • No refund for unused nights
  • Subject to hotel policies

Visa Assistance Services

Visa Application Fees:

  • Government visa fees are non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Visa rejection does not qualify for a refund of government fees

Our Service Fees:

  • Non-refundable once application process has commenced
  • Full refund if we cancel the service before commencement

Travel Packages

Cancellations Made 45+ Days Before Departure:

  • Refund of 80% of total package cost
  • All third-party penalties apply

Cancellations Made 30-44 Days Before Departure:

  • Refund of 50% of total package cost
  • All third-party penalties apply

Cancellations Made Less Than 30 Days Before Departure:

  • No refund available
  • Third-party credits may be applicable

Modifications

  • Changes to travel dates, destinations, or passenger details: Subject to availability and change fees
  • Modification fees start at 10% of booking value plus supplier charges
  • Changes within 7 days of departure may not be possible

Logistics Services

Shipment Cancellations

Before Pickup:

  • Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • Must be requested at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup

After Pickup but Before Departure:

  • Refund of 50% of shipping costs
  • Return shipping charges apply

After Shipment Departure:

  • No refund available
  • We can assist with shipment rerouting (additional charges apply)

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Our Liability:

  • We provide compensation up to the declared value of goods
  • Maximum liability as per international shipping conventions
  • Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery/expected delivery date
  • Proof of value and damage documentation required

Insurance:

  • Comprehensive shipping insurance available at additional cost
  • Highly recommended for high-value or fragile items
  • Insurance claims processed according to insurer’s terms

Delivery Delays

Delays Due to Our Error:

  • Partial refund of shipping costs (amount varies by delay duration)
  • No compensation for consequential losses

Delays Due to External Factors:

  • No refund for delays caused by customs, weather, natural disasters, or force majeure
  • We provide real-time tracking updates and support throughout

Wrong Delivery Address

Client Error:

  • Rerouting fees apply
  • No refund of original shipping costs

Our Error:

  • Full refund or free rerouting at our expense

Event Consultation Services

Cancellations

More Than 90 Days Before Event:

  • Refund of 70% of consultation fees
  • All deposits for venues and vendors are non-refundable

60-89 Days Before Event:

  • Refund of 40% of consultation fees
  • Vendor deposits forfeited

30-59 Days Before Event:

  • Refund of 20% of consultation fees
  • All vendor commitments must be honored

Less Than 30 Days Before Event:

  • No refund available
  • Client remains liable for vendor contracts

Service Modifications

Scope Changes:

  • Changes to event scope may incur additional fees or result in partial refunds
  • Must be requested in writing and approved by both parties

Force Majeure

Event Cancellation Due to Unforeseeable Circumstances:

  • We will work with vendors to minimize losses
  • Refund available after deducting non-recoverable vendor costs
  • Documentation of force majeure event required

Training and Development Services

Workshop and Bootcamp Cancellations

By Participant – More Than 21 Days Before Start:

  • Full refund minus 15% administrative fee
  • Transfer to another participant allowed at no charge

By Participant – 8-21 Days Before Start:

  • Refund of 50% of training fees
  • One-time transfer allowed with 10% fee

By Participant – Less Than 8 Days Before Start:

  • No refund available
  • Transfer to future session allowed (subject to availability and 25% transfer fee)

By Blossomsparkle:

  • Full refund of all fees paid
  • Alternative dates offered
  • Reimbursement of reasonable travel costs if event cancelled less than 14 days prior

E-Learning Programs

Within 7 Days of Purchase (Before Course Commencement):

  • Full refund if no content has been accessed
  • No refund if course materials have been accessed

After Course Commencement:

  • No refund available
  • Content access continues for duration specified in agreement

Certification Programs

Program Fees:

  • Non-refundable once program has commenced
  • Refund available only if participant withdraws before first session

Examination Fees:

  • Non-refundable once exam has been scheduled
  • One-time rescheduling allowed with 20% fee

Certification Non-Achievement:

  • No refund if participant fails to meet certification requirements
  • Retake options available at additional cost

Corporate Contracts

Custom Agreements

  • Refund and cancellation terms for corporate clients are outlined in individual service agreements
  • May differ from standard policy based on contract volume and duration
  • Early termination clauses apply as specified in contracts

Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

We are not liable for refunds or compensation when services cannot be delivered due to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Government restrictions or travel bans
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Acts of God or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, we will:

  • Work diligently to provide alternative solutions
  • Assist in rescheduling services
  • Coordinate with third-party providers for credits or vouchers

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14-30 business days
  • Refund method matches original payment method
  • International refunds may take longer due to banking processes

Currency Fluctuations

  • Refunds are issued in the original currency paid
  • Exchange rate variations between booking and refund are borne by the client

  • Reason for cancellation/refund request
